This Privacy Policy describes how Stynsoft Private Limited (“Stynsoft”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with our website at apps.stynsoft.com and our Android applications published on Google Play under the Stynsoft name, including PDF Scanner, Alarm Clock & Timer, Calendar, QR Scanner App, and Calculator (the “Apps”).

What our apps do with your information
The Apps are designed to work on your device. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not operate a cloud locker for your files.
- PDF Scanner stores scans, PDFs, signatures, and folders in the app database on your device. Scanning uses Google ML Kit Document Scanner through Google Play services. OCR runs on-device.
- Alarm Clock & Timer stores alarms, timers, world-clock cities, and related settings on your device.
- Calendar stores meal and calendar events, reminders, and settings on your device.
- QR Scanner App uses the camera only to decode QR codes and barcodes. Scan history stays on the device.
- Calculator stores calculation history and Deal Desk tags on the device.
If you share a file or result through another app, that other app’s privacy policy applies to the shared content.
Advertising and device identifiers
The Apps contain ads. Advertising is provided by Google (including Google Play services and Google AdMob) and may use consent tools such as Google’s User Messaging Platform where required.
As declared on each app’s Google Play Data safety form, the Apps may share device or other IDs with third parties for advertising. We do not sell your personal information. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, consent choices, and Play / device settings.
You can review advertising and privacy options in each app’s Settings where available, and in your Android Google account ads settings.
Permissions
An app only uses a permission for the feature that needs it — for example camera for scanning, notifications for alarms or reminders, and storage or media access to save or open files you choose. You can deny or revoke permissions in Android system settings. Some features will not work without the related permission.
Analytics and crash information
We may use Google Play and Firebase services (such as crash reporting or remote configuration) so the Apps stay stable and up to date. These services may process diagnostic or configuration data as described in Google’s own policies.
Children
The Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it where we control it.
Data retention and deletion
App content you create is stored on your device until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes local data stored by that app. Advertising identifiers are handled by Google’s advertising services and your device settings. Because core app content lives on the device, we cannot remotely delete it for you.
This website
This website is a static company page. It does not require a login. If our hosting provider or DNS service logs standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to operate the site, that processing is performed by those providers.
Your rights and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, correct, or delete personal information we hold. Email [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law. For data that exists only on your phone, use the in-app delete controls or uninstall the app.
Changes
We may update this policy when our Apps or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the Apps after an update means you have had an opportunity to review the new policy.
