These Terms of Use govern access to apps.stynsoft.com and the Android apps published by Stynsoft Private Limited on Google Play under the Stynsoft name (the “Apps”). By using the website or an App, you agree to these terms.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use each App on devices you own or control, as allowed by the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute an App except as permitted by law.
The Apps are provided as-is
The Apps are everyday tools (scanning, alarms, calendars, QR reading, and calculation). They are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. PDF Scanner is not a landlord CRM, tax product, or cloud drive. Results depend on your device, camera, permissions, and how you use the App.
Ads and third-party services
The Apps may show ads and use Google Play services, advertising SDKs, and similar providers. Those providers have their own terms. Google Play’s terms also apply to download and billing.
Your content
You keep ownership of documents, scans, alarms, events, and other content you create. You are responsible for that content and for any files you share with others.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Apps to break the law, infringe others’ rights, interfere with our services, or abuse advertising systems.
Disclaimer and liability
The website and Apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Stynsoft Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data stored only on your device. Our total liability for any claim relating to an App or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for that App in the three months before the claim (which may be zero for a free app).
Changes and termination
We may update these terms, the website, or the Apps. We may stop offering an App. You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
